Shift: Monday - Friday / 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (HYBRID) Weekly paycheck Pay: $30.64/hour Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities
Manage customer orders, calls, and account updates using CRM and phone systems Track and optimize orders for delivery efficiency and resolve logistics issues Handle returns and refusals, ensuring compliance with policy and documentation Collaborate across teams to resolve blocked orders and customer escalations Promote products and programs through suggestive selling Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 2+ years of experience in customer care, order management, or supply chain Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce or similar CRM Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
