What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and resolve sensitive employee concerns and investigations, including workplace conflicts and complaints
Provide advice and guidance to business leaders on employee relations issues, including policy violations and performance management
Prepare thorough investigation summaries for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain electronic records for investigation materials and compliance documentation
Conduct exit interviews and manage metrics related to Employee Relations activity
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
5 years of experience in human resource roles with at least 2 years focused on Employee Relations
Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws, including Title VI, ADA, and FMLA
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analytical and interpretive abilities
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
