Major Account Executive, Mid-Market

As a Major Account Executive, Mid-Market, you'll meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring and growing a module of targeted mid-sized prospects and base customers (300-999 employees). You'll focus on greenfield accounts through prospecting, heavy cold-calling, networking, and generating leads. Manage a new business portfolio, match business needs to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio and drive new logo growth in underserved territories. Connect with C-suite executives to sell innovative solutions that transform their business. Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support solution sales. Understand customers' challenges and business objectives, create custom solutions, products, and services they can't live without, while negotiating and closing business. Excel in dynamic environments and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively pursue new and pre-identified prospects. Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, heavy cold calling, and networking. Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Devise creative sales approaches, negotiate, and close deals.
Market Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen customer relationships. Utilize Salesforce automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and report on sales activities and forecasts.
Skill Development: Continuously learn and grow by developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Participate in training on products and services, attend sales meetings, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma / GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment. Prior SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise sales experience. (Required)
2-4 years Experience solutions / applications selling (Required)
2-4 years Telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Task Management: Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
Customer Service: Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
Negotiation: Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving. (Required)
Executive Interaction: Interact with C-Suite Executives and drive sales presentations. (Required)
Sales Experience: Prospecting greenfield accounts, forecasting, and travel (Required)
Solution Selling: Experience selling a variety of solution-based products (i.e., cloud, security, collaborative tools, wireless failover, IoT) (Preferred)
CRM Experience: Using CRM systems such as Salesforce, leveraging these tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities efficiently. (Preferred)
Proposal Writing: Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product / service proposals and pricing quotations (Required)
Age: At least 18 years of age

Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $116,500 - $210,200, inclusive of target incentives
