Overview Client is looking an experienced

IBM TRIRIGA Architect

with experience in the integration of new systems, management reporting, and assuring adherence to internal procedures and regulations as well as the new standard. Further, as TRIRIGA is moving to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) as MAS Real Estate and Facilities (MREF), Client requires experienced TRIRIGA Architects that can:

Perform technical assessments of existing TRIRIGA client implementations, define migration strategy and plans and propose right sized services to migrate to MREF in MAS SaaS or MAS customer managed deployment options.

Analyze client requirements, scope, plan and propose services to new MREF clients.

Take the role of Architect on new MREF implementation and migration projects.

Skills and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in implementing Integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) IBM TRIRIGA.

Experience with TRIRIGA upgrades including platform enhancements.

Experience implementing TRIRIGA Modules – Portfolio, Space Management, Lease, Capital Projects, Facilities, Operation and Maintenance including database design, UI customization, Workflow and API integrations, BIRT Reports.

Optimize TRIRIGA system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of TRIRIGA applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Demonstrated experience in developing project approaches, plans and schedules.

Proven track record in leading, organizing, and coordinating multiple work activities simultaneously across a matrixed organization.

Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality.

Proven track record implementing varying principles and techniques of project management, including the ability to develop and track complex project plans, manage risks, manage scope, and manage resources.

Experience in managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reconciliation).

Experience applying project management skills to application development and support.

Knowledge of product development principles.

Proven track record of managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which have significant executive oversight.

Proven track record of building coalitions among various stakeholders.

Working closely with sales and solution partners by proposing solutions, demonstrating the technology, helping respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for subsequent interactions/ discussions.

Providing sizing estimates to IBM project managers for project delivery and execution. Influencing stakeholders and team members across clients, internal and partner teams.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple workstreams, prepare meeting minutes and status reports, and interface with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.

Excellent conflict resolution skills.

Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Experienced with the principles of full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment.

Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.

Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees and other executive level leadership.

Experienced with MS Office/365 applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint.
