Compensation Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $83,500.00/yr

Role overview You will aid in the development of machine learning algorithms for intraoperative computer vision and user interface for InSyte Bio’s platform for molecularly guided surgery. We are looking for an outstanding software engineer (BS/BA with lab experience in HW/SW co-design). Experience deploying machine learning or computer vision algorithms in applications such as robotics, and a passion for innovative approaches to solving engineering challenges, are desired.

Being comfortable with computer vision, localization algorithms, image processing, co-registration across imaging modalities, 3D visualization, and data integration from multiple sensor streams is a major plus.

What You Will Be Doing Design and build the user interface to enable rapid, quantitative visualization of image and sensor data. Collaborate with surgical co-advisors to optimize the interface and ensure seamless integration into the operating room. Develop machine learning algorithms that combine data from our custom sensor device with live video to support surgical guidance.
