Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for complex civil litigation Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support trial strategy Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions Collaborate with senior attorneys on case planning, factual development, and trial prep Participate in client strategy meetings and contribute to relationship development Manage multiple deadlines and competing litigation priorities with precision Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license required 2–6 years of litigation experience preferred, especially in business, IP, or trust disputes Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines Admission to federal courts in California is a plus Culture & Firm Appeal
