At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at well-funded, high-growth companies. We're currently looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join a billion-dollar startup with a global presence (think Airbnb for corporate housing).
As a leader on the operations team, you'll own the apartment turnover process for rental properties across San Francisco. You’ll support housekeeping and maintenance teams, perform unit inspections, and ensure company vans and equipment are in working order. We're looking for a leadership-minded, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
Lead property turnovers and oversee the full apartment preparation process
Coordinate with housekeeping and field maintenance teams
Conduct detailed inspections before guest check-ins
Own onsite readiness, including furniture assembly, tech setup, and repairs
Maintain corporate vans and inventory to ensure supplies and tools are readily available
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs and being active for most of the workday
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Slack, G Suite, and mobile apps
Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Available to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional weekdays of your choosing (5 days total per week)
Ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
Valid driver’s license

Earn $68,000 to $73,000 base salary
15% annual bonus potential paid quarterly
