Lawyers on Demand (LOD) , a Consilio company, is partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to identify a
Business Immigration Attorney
for a long-term engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading legal team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position is based
onsite in San Francisco , with potential hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.
Position Details
Location:
Onsite in San Francisco (5 days/week)
Hybrid option (3 days onsite) may be considered for the right candidate
Start Date:
ASAP
Duration:
Initial 3-month term with strong potential for extension
Compensation:
$55/hour
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of nonimmigrant visa matters
Prepare and file petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and other H-visas
Conduct legal research and draft supporting documentation
Communicate effectively with clients and provide high-quality service
Qualifications
1–4 years of experience practicing business immigration law
Demonstrated expertise in nonimmigrant visa applications, particularly H-1B, L-1, O-1, and similar visa types
Excellent legal research, writing, and client communication skills
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
