Responsibilities
Develop and lead a team with a broad range of consulting, project management and HR backgrounds to identify work that adds the most value to DaVitas overall strategy through people-focused initiatives. Effectively lead workstreams with dependencies across multiple business units and collaborate with the organization to communicate recommendations to senior leaders on a regular basis. Partner with Head of Transformation and Chief People Officer to develop and build the Transformation team in People Services, including team structure, strategy, project portfolio development, and teammate recruiting and growth. Utilize a hypothesis-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities in the People space (e.g., retention, engagement, org. design to support new profit streams, training). Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional, multi-year initiatives to improve teammate retention, experience, and effectiveness. Apply continuous improvement and project management tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to design and implement opportunities for improvement. Guide analytics, including financial modeling and ongoing project metrics; present findings to senior audiences with clarity and impact. Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leaders; lead through influence and leverage technology to streamline People Services processes. Allocate and prioritize team resources to meet timelines and deliverables; take accountability for results and coach direct reports. Model and embody DaVitas core values in daily work.
Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale business transformation from concept through implementation with tangible, measurable impact. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Proven ability to drive change and implement new processes and tools that stick. 10+ years of progressive experience; MBA preferred.

$110,100.00
–
$161,700.00
