We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling, digital content creation, and community engagement. You'll play a key role in building and promoting our brand through social media, photography, writing, and light graphic design. This position starts as part-time but may grow into a full-time role (that would include company benefits + PTO) based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms like Facebook and Instagram Plan, write, and schedule engaging social content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer Capture and curate original photos and graphics that reflect our brand and projects Write and edit content for email campaigns, blog posts, and internal communications Support in the creation of digital and print marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.) Support event planning, promotion, and logistics for community and company events Bring fresh, creative ideas to marketing campaigns and brand storytelling Increase website traffic through strategic content, SEO optimization, and analytics tracking Identify and pursue local community engagement opportunities to build brand presence Develop and support marketing efforts aimed at increasing qualified lead flow What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of tone and voice Comfortable with social media tools and visual content platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A proactive attitude and collaborative mindset Bonus Points For
Experience with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp) Interest in or familiarity with the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry Why Work With Us?
