This position has been allocated for a current, board certified physician experienced in Hospital medicine.
Overview PRN Hospitalist (Hospitalist) – When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” This role is intended for local physicians in southern Utah or the surrounding area who would like to pickup occasional shifts at SGRH. This is not a locums role and no financial support will be provided for travel or accommodations.
About This Role We are searching for a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous clinician to join our St. George Hospitalist team in an "as needed" capacity.
What You’ll Bring
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training Internal Medicine or family medicine with inpatient experience
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment
