Required Qualifications Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start New York Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $229,500 to $378,000 per year. The range is total cash compensation at target and varies with experience and performance. Benefits include comprehensive plans, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
