This role will serve as a subject matter expert who develops and implements comprehensive portfolio strategies that align client real estate footprints with enterprise objectives, operational needs, and financial goals.You'll drive cutting-edge portfolio optimization initiatives, from developing strategic footprint plans to analyzing market opportunities to create portfolio frameworks that adapt to evolving business requirements.
