Senior Vice President of Sales
to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping SyntheticFi’s strategy and culture while scaling our sales organization. Partnering closely with Joseph Wang, CIO & CRO, you will design the playbook, recruit and develop top talent, and lead the team that drives SyntheticFi’s expansion nationwide. Responsibilities
Distribute SyntheticFi’s products to financial advisors and decision makers in other financial intermediaries across the country. Harness our strong momentum to accelerate adoption and growth. Deepen trusted relationships with top accounts and strategic partners. Serve as a key liaison between advisors and our internal teams, ensuring product and content continue to reflect real-world client needs. Design and implement scalable processes for a 5-7 person sales team over the next two years. Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in the RIA industry in client-facing roles. This requires explicit client acquisition and asset raising experience. Successful track record in building relationships with large RIAs (1B+ AUM) and other financial intermediaries. Self-starters who are excited to build their own process and book to hit sales quota. Builders who are eager to contribute to continuous product and content development. Strong leadership skills. Preferred: has led a team of 3 or more salespeople. Understanding of financial fundamentals, especially in derivative strategies. Preferred: CFA, CFP, or CPA holders, or a degree in finance. Appropriate FINRA licenses (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or exempt). Compensation
