$75K Start Date Bonus 5 days/week; No weekends or call 3 ORs and 1 Treatment Room Cases include General, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Gastro, Pain, Podiatry Opportunities for both FT and PT Envision offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a 401k contribution, health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, CME allowance and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
