Position Summary The Product Strategy Department is in charge of analyzing, maintaining, and continually evolving the company’s consumer product set for deposits, loans, and card products as well as strategic third party relationships. The Product Strategy Professional I/II is responsible for supporting the overall department with day to day operational tasks, quality assurance, as well as being able to analyze data, work across other departmental teams and have a voice in future product direction and recommendations. The Professional will cross-train across various products and be well versed in processes and procedures that support the department. NOTE:
We are hiring for one position and are open to considering candidates who meet the qualifications for either Level I or Level II. The final level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills. Qualifications/Experience Level I: 2-4 years of experience in banking, product development, strategy or vendor management, or a related role. Level II: 4-6 years of experience in banking, product development, strategy or vendor management, or a related role. Knowledge of basic financial services and products. Understanding of sales and promotion techniques. Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Skills Strong interpersonal, writing and public relations skills. Salary Range: Competitive Compensation:
