The National Security Sector

provides technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics.

The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Targeting Analyst to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Targeting Analyst Responsibilities

Lead all-source targeting analysis to support both lethal and non-lethal operations.

Translate intelligence into real-world action—developing, refining, and managing target data that informs senior decision-makers.

Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and deliver actionable target graphics.

Shape targeting policies by editing and advising on DoD and USCENTCOM procedures.

Champion target system analysis (TSA) and brief leadership across military decision-making boards.

Train others, influence operations, and stay on the cutting edge of target development and prioritization.

Clearance

Current TS/SCI Clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

Deep knowledge of DoD, CJCS targeting frameworks, and practical CDE experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.

Pay Range Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
