Overview
argenx US, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, US Commercial Counsel ("Commercial Counsel"). Reporting to the Head of Legal-Americas, the Commercial Counsel will be a trusted business partner and problem-solver on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, serving as a key member of the global legal, compliance, and IP teams with responsibility for providing legal, regulatory, and healthcare advice in support of the preparation, launch and commercialization of argenx’s in-line and future products and indications. Experience
The successful candidate will hold a J.D. and have a minimum of 5 years of legal experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or a law firm, with focused expertise in the areas of commercial healthcare and regulatory law related to the development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products. Experience working in both a law firm and a commercial-stage biotech/pharmaceutical company is preferred. Location
Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule (in office approximately 2 days/week). Relocation

A competitive compensation package is offered for this position commensurate with experience, and will include base salary, annual target cash bonus, and equity. Bar
