As part of the nationally recognized Trinity Health Neuroscience Center, you’ll have access to a wide range of subspecialty services, including General Neurology, Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders, Headache, Movement Disorders and Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular (ALS and MD), Neuro-Palliative and Supportive Care, Neuropsychology, Stroke, and Neurocritical Care. Our model of care is multi-disciplinary, including registered nurses (RN); licensed medical social workers (LMSW); physical, occupational, and speech therapists. These disciplines work collaboratively with providers to deliver the highest standard of clinical care, offering additional support outside of normal clinical practice, including access to dietitians, chaplains, and other supportive care.
