We are seeking full time and part time board-certified/board eligible Neonatologists to join our growing CHRISTUS Ochsner Neonatology Team at our community Level III NICU located in Lake Charles, LA. The NICU includes 24/7 NNP in-house coverage. The NICU participates in the Vermont Oxford Network and is eligible to participate in Ochsner system-based neonatal quality improvement projects. Ochsner Health encompasses a combination of community level III and level IV NICU services across Louisiana and serves the Gulf South region with an established ground and air neonatal transport system. Ochsner Children’s comprises more than 85 primary care pediatricians and over 290 pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists in 27 locations across Louisiana and Mississippi. We offer complex specialty services including congenital heart surgery and heart transplantation, liver and bone marrow transplantation, advanced GI and hepatology, hematology-oncology and AYA oncology, and a comprehensive surgical subspecialty group including Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Surgery, advanced spine surgery, and developmental pediatrics.
