Shift: Responsibilities
Provide outpatient family medicine services at MercyOne Genesis Family Medicine Clinic in Eldridge, Iowa. Collaborate with a physician-led team and participate in a shared call schedule with 25+ providers. Qualifications
MD or DO BE/BC in FM or OFM Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) Compensation and Benefits (highlights)
Full-time employed position with a 2-year salary guarantee of $290k + production $150k recruitment incentives Relocation allowance up to $15k Educational loan assistance negotiable; Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Generous paid time off: 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays CME Allowance of $6,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k with match and 457(b) Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance including tail coverage Where you’ll work

The on-site lab and imaging support the right care, in the right place. The family practice care team consists of 4 physicians, 3 APPs and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff.
