Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define product vision and strategy aligned with Fractal’s AI capabilities and healthcare market needs. Market analysis:

Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities. Product ideas:

Translate client challenges into scalable product ideas and AI/analytics-powered solutions. Roadmap & Execution:

Develop and own the product roadmap; prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value. Execution & collaboration:

Drive agile execution by working closely with cross-functional teams – data scientists, software engineers, domain experts, and UI/UX designers. Requirements & metrics:

Define clear product requirements and success metrics. Client & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with client partners and delivery leads to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements. Voice of the customer:

Act as the voice of the customer internally and champion user-centered design. Go-to-market support:

Work with business development and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies. AI Productization:

Ensure AI models and algorithms are translated into usable, reliable, and ethical products. AI deployment:

Guide experimentation, prototyping, and deployment of AI models in real-world healthcare contexts. Iterative learning:

Drive continuous learning and iteration based on user feedback and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or AI/analytics platforms. Strong understanding of healthcare industry challenges (payer, life sciences). Experience launching AI/ML-based products or platforms at scale. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with HIPAA, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare data privacy considerations is a plus.
