Overview
MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology, part of MedStar Health, which has the largest employed anesthesia group in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. region, has an Anesthesiologist opening at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland, 30 minutes south of D.C. Our care team model consists of physicians and CRNAs who work closely with surgeons and OR staff in a collegial environment.
We offer a bread-and-butter case mix that includes GYN, podiatry, vascular, ENT, ortho (including regional), cysto, colorectal, general surgery, spine, pain management, robotics, L&D, and some pediatric cases (Dental). The call schedule is 4 weekdays per month plus 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) per month.
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care as part of MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center team.
Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services.
Participate in a varied case mix including regional techniques and robotics where applicable.
Compensation and Benefits
