Job Title OB/GYN Physician - Full-Time and Part-Time

Reports To Chief Medical Officer

Responsibilities

Provides quality and comprehensive prenatal and gynecologic care to patients.

Provides consultations requested by the primary care provider.

Works closely with the primary care provider to ensure comprehensive medical care.

Participates in continuous improvement and other activities necessary to implement the multi-disciplinary patient-centered medical home approach for the care of patients.

Assists in expanding and enhancing patient services by participating in outreach and community screenings.

Participates in case management and patient surveys in maintaining quality assurance.

Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing medical educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited medical school and licensed to practice in New York State.

Board certified or board eligible status.

At least 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Ability to travel to other sites for coverage as needed.

Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole/French required.

Salary $220,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr
