Staff iOS Engineer
to help lead the next evolution of its mobile experience. What You Will Do
As a
Staff iOS Engineer , you’ll play a central role in designing and implementing the next generation of the company’s flagship iOS application. You’ll work across product streams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build new user-facing features at scale while helping define technical best practices. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate cross-functionally across product, design, and engineering to make the app the best experience it can be for millions of users Lead multiple work streams simultaneously, converting ambiguity into high-level architectural and engineering decisions Innovate by guiding
data-informed decisions
around technologies, tools, architecture, and mobile workflows Use tools such as
Swift, Xcode, RxSwift, Bitrise, Fastlane, Jenkins , and
GitHub
to design scalable and performant code Drive the
evolution of architecture , with a focus on
MVVM, Coordinator, modular design, and performance optimization Elevate your team by mentoring engineers, improving team workflows, and pushing for innovation in mobile development Ideal Candidate Background
6+ years of experience
developing complex iOS applications in Swift Proven experience working on large-scale, consumer-facing mobile products Strong architecture skills with experience in
modularization ,
MVVM , and
Coordinator patterns Experience leading feature development end-to-end and collaborating across departments and time zones Strong understanding of
concurrency , data flow patterns, mobile performance optimization, and long-term code maintainability Able to mentor peers, support team growth, and help others level up technically Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices ( Bitrise ,
Jenkins ,
Fastlane ) Preferred
Experience with
RxSwift ,
RxFlow , or other
functional reactive programming frameworks Prior experience in
architecture at scale , ideally with exposure to backend systems or full-stack workflows Track record of product leadership and collaboration with executive-level stakeholders Contributions to open source, speaking at conferences, or mentoring early-career engineers is a plus Additional Benefits Include:
