Private Equity Group
. The ideal candidate will have experience working in teams as well as independently managing components of transactions. Specific experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation is required. A proactive approach, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships are essential. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required. Compensation: Base Salary Range: Varies by office location. Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses are available, based on individual and firm-wide performance.
