Manage the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents\' healthcare needs are met. Lead, supervise and coach licensed nurses and direct care staff within the community; mentor additional clinical leadership team as needed. Collaborate with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care. Partner with community leadership to build resident and family satisfaction and ensure quality care as healthcare needs evolve. Qualifications & Skills
Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Driver\'s license. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation. Other Information
