Lead the development of the US Medical Affairs strategy and execution of the US Medical Affairs plan for select indications/projects related to evidence generation, medical information and internal education, publications, scientific exchange and external data communication, and stakeholder scientific engagement. Manage budgets and resources for the assigned medical affairs plan activities in collaboration with the Senior Director. Lead medical readiness activities for market launches, partnering with brand, HEOR, RD, Field Medical Affairs, Medical Information and Education, and global functions to support launch strategies; provide medical input into commercial and market access discussions for select indications. Provide medical leadership in interactions with external stakeholders including scientific leaders, payers and societies; lead scientific engagement activities such as advisory boards, stakeholder engagements, congress activities, and insights collations for select indications. Oversee scientific communications and publications; interpret clinical data; ensure consistency of clinical content across materials; train or communicate emerging data (internal or competitive); manage budget and forecast accuracy. Represent US interests in shaping development and lifecycle management strategy for select indications/projects in a matrix environment; review externally sponsored research and may serve as deputy regional medical lead in Global IIS Review Committee meetings; may lead company-sponsored evidence generating studies; manage study documentation and drive execution with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

Education: An advanced doctorate degree (PharmD, Ph.D., MD, DO, or equivalent) in a medical/scientific area is required. Oncology experience is required. Experience: 10+ years related experience; 4+ years pharma experience at local, regional, or global level preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of oncology/hematology clinical practice; familiarity with medical activities related to commercialization of oncology products (scientific communications, medical information, MSLs, HEOR) preferred. Ability to travel up to 20% as required. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
