17 weeks annually A private practice group in Pikeville, Kentucky, is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. This 1099 position offers a competitive salary of $410,000 per year and an exceptional 17 weeks of vacation, providing an outstanding balance of professional growth and personal freedom in the heart of Appalachia.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for bread-and-butter cases, with a primary focus on obstetrics (OB).
Conduct pre-operative assessments, supported by an on-site physician during daytime hours to enhance efficiency.
Provide independent anesthesia care, with physician assistance available for complex cases as needed.
Participate in a 1-in-6 call schedule, with post-call days off to ensure adequate rest.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Current CRNA certification and valid Kentucky state licensure.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Comfortable with a 1-in-6 call schedule.
