to join the
M Health Fairview Cancer Care Center Burnsville . Located on the Fairview Ridges Hospital campus, providers will work to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets medical and personal needs. Join a group of physicians committed to staying at the cutting edge of the field and participating in quality improvement committees.
Practice details
Join a collaborative group of
7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers .
Affiliated with the University of Minnesota; community clinics provide patient-centered care and opportunities to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participate in tumor boards.
Openings:
1.0 FTE (flexible schedule)
plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
