About the Position A full-time General Dentist position is available at a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in northeast Missouri. This location is known for delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to a largely underserved population, with a strong focus on pediatric dentistry.

Dentists here practice traditional "bread and butter" dentistry in a modern, well-equipped facility featuring 19 operatories, a mobile dental unit, and a collaborative team of professionals that includes three other general dentists, three registered dental hygienists, and eleven dental assistants.

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with a one-hour lunch. Dentists also receive half a day of administrative time weekly—or can opt for a full day every other week.

Patient Demographics : A significant portion of the patient base consists of children. Dentists operating at full capacity typically see 15–20 patients per day, including routine hygiene exams.

About the Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : Starts at approximately $180,000 for newly licensed dentists.

Incentives : Performance-based bonuses ranging from $15,000 to $25,000, tied to clinical productivity.
