Responsibilities
Turnkey practice: Full schedule day one with a loyal patient base
Work–life balance: Flexible scheduling; up to 6 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME
Modern facilities: EMA EMR + Phototherapy suite; strong clinical infrastructure
Efficient support: Dedicated, trained MAs who also serve as scribes
Your practice, your way: General dermatology with optional excisions and cosmetics (never required)
Autonomy: Physician-led culture that prioritizes quality over quantity
Compensation & Benefits
Starting base: $400K+ (Full-time ≥30 hrs/wk)

Qualifications
Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes
Licensure/Certifications/Education
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of Dermatology Residency from an accredited institution
Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and (CDS) registration for prescription writing
