Operating Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The practice receives over
220 patient referrals per month , driven by strong relationships with 150–175 referring general dentists across Indiana and Michigan.
Long-Term Practice Stability:
Dr. Risser is seeking to add an Endodontist to support the growing community need and ensure future stability and success of the practice.
Established Legacy of Excellence:
Founded in 1972, the practice has served Northern Indiana for over 50 years with a reputation built on quality care, loyal patients, and longstanding referral networks.
Dual-Location Opportunity:
Practice at both South Bend and Elkhart locations (17 miles apart), with flexibility to customize your schedule and patient flow.
Strong Production Potential:
Step into a full case load following Dr. Feltman’s retirement, with 45-minute patient blocks and the ability to stay as busy as you want.
Supportive, Tenured Team:
Work alongside a highly experienced team, including members who have been with the practice for 20–50 years.
Advanced Technology:
Equipped with CBCT, Global microscopes, Endovision, System B, Obtura III Max, and redundant backups for all critical systems.
Full-Scope Endodontic Practice:
Perform a wide range of procedures—from conventional root canals to apicoectomies, surgical extractions, internal repairs, and exploratory surgeries.
Flexible Schedule Options:
4- or 5-day work week with hours 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM (Mon–Thurs) and 7:00 AM to 2:00/3:00 PM on Fridays.
New Grad Friendly:
While ideal candidates have 2–5 years of postgrad experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and onboarding support available.

Qualifications
Required:
Valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction; valid certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency program and must be either board-eligible or board-certified in endodontics.
As an Endodontist
Perform a full range of endodontic services, including root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics, using current techniques and technologies.
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with endodontic concerns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with dental specialists and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care, ensuring timely correspondence with referring doctors.
Stay current with advancements in endodontic research and techniques through continuing education, while adhering to clinical protocols and providing mentorship to support staff.
