We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our front-line team, where you’ll be the voice of compassion and efficiency for patients, providers, and partners.In this role, you’ll handle high-volume calls, manage appointment scheduling, and support patients with their healthcare needs — all while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.What You’ll DoAnswer 60–80 incoming calls daily from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilitiesProvide outstanding customer service by actively listening, assisting, and resolving inquiriesReschedule appointments via phone, SMS, or patient portal messagesRoute calls to appropriate departments and ensure accurate registration and scheduling in EMRTake clear, detailed messages using internal communication templatesEdit, cancel, and reschedule appointments per clinic protocolsMaintain effective communication across departments to support patient careDemonstrate knowledge of SY Health programs and servicesMeet department productivity and quality assurance standardsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring3+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or call center preferred)Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skillsEnglish fluency in both spoken and written communicationSpanish bilingual skills highly preferredAbility to type 35 WPM with 90% accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office programsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven healthcare teamWork in a collaborative and supportive environmentGain valuable experience in patient-facing operationsOpportunity to grow within a respected healthcare organizationPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
