Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $230,000 to $275,000 per year

Responsibilities
Schedule: 2 days/week clinical care; 3 days/week administrative leadership
Travel to sites, as necessary; must be willing to work evening hours and weekends when necessary.
Provide direct patient care and serve as a clinical role model.
Lead clinical strategy and operations in partnership with senior leadership.
Manage, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and staff.
Oversee clinical quality programs and performance metrics.
Drive integration across medical, behavioral health, and dental services.
Represent the organization in value-based care initiatives and community partnerships.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited M.D. or D.O. program.
Five (5) years or more as a practicing physician. Must have or obtain a Massachusetts medical license.
Three (3)+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare delivery; five (5)+ preferred.
Experience with electronic health records (Athena preferred).
Proven track record of achieving clinical goals.
Strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
