Principal Product Manager Technical, AWS Startup Team. Job ID: 3092571 | Amazon Web Services, Inc. Do you like startups? Are you an expert in deep learning and generative AI? Are you interested in innovating the next generation of products at the intersection of cloud computing and generative AI? This role focuses on startup-focused tools and services within AWS, with high visibility and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities
Drive innovation for startups across AWS by owning and defining the product vision for startup-focused tools and services. Be the voice of the customer: conduct customer research, engaging with startups from universities to unicorns and with leading VC investors across geos. Collaborate with Startups Engineering teams and AWS Service teams to bring ideas to life, communicating clearly at all levels of the company. Measure business impact by diving into metrics and customer inputs; balance speed with thoughtful prioritization and tradeoffs. Coordinate across internal and external teams, including customers, investor partners, software vendors, and operational stakeholders; craft PRFAQs to define new product capabilities. Engage in a variety of daily activities, including interacting with customers and stakeholders, validating feedback, iterating on product decisions with AWS Service teams and ACE Engineering, and exploring growth strategies and market trends. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 10+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering Experience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders Proven leadership with prioritization, clear communication, and cross-functional influence Experience owning feature delivery and evaluating product tradeoffs Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent About AWS and Team
