The General Manager role is an exciting opportunity where you'll oversee all operations within the health club, manage and lead the team in achieving production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensure the highest quality of service for our members, work directly with the Assistant Manager on a daily basis to supervise the sales team, and create a fun work environment for our employees and members.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations within the health club and lead the team to achieve production goals.
Work with the Assistant Manager to supervise the sales team and drive financial growth targets.
Ensure the highest quality of service for our members.
Foster a positive, engaging work environment for employees and members.
Qualifications
Health Club Management Experience is preferred.
Understands and thrives in a production-based business; at the end of the day, numbers matter.
You MUST be comfortable coaching others and motivating a sales team; sales experience is a plus.
You will be coached and given tools to start, but you must be very good at getting things done.
Competitive by nature and driven to work hard toward goals.
Assertive but also a team player who can take charge when needed.
Willing to turn plans into actions and brainstorm with the team to move toward common goals.
Strong social intelligence to inspire confidence, optimism, and trust with staff and members.
