Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and impact-driven Full-Stack Data Engineer to build and scale our data infrastructure, extracting data from source systems, transforming raw data into clean, reliable datasets, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role blends the technical depth of data engineering with the analytical rigor of data analytics and the modeling best practices of analytics engineering. You’ll be responsible for the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to modeling and visualization—empowering teams across the organization to make data-informed decisions. Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Manage and optimize cloud data infrastructure. Ensure data reliability, security, and performance across systems. Apply database design principles, indexing, and normalization. Develop and maintain clean, tested, and documented data models. Implement data governance, lineage, and quality monitoring. Collaborate with analysts and business teams to define metrics and semantic layers. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions. Build dashboards and reports using Power BI. Conduct exploratory analysis and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. Qualifications
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or Java. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, MIS). Familiarity with BI tools and dashboard development. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD workflows, and version control (Git). Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse design. 2+ years of experience in a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. Experience with developing Power BI reports and dashboards. Salary range: $76,238.41–$100,000.00. Compensation is based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, location, and organizational needs.
