About The Job As Owned Asset Manager, Program Manager, you will globally manage and optimize data center land assets to maximize value, achieve strategic goals, and protect future development rights. This involves administering the Inventory Property Management Program, tracking agreements and obligations, managing leases/subleases, assisting with dispositions, and facilitating appraisals before assets go to construction. This ensures Google's compliance, community partnership, and development rights. You will oversee external vendors who handle functional work and maintain property data. Responsibilities Collaborate with regional partner teams to develop comprehensive Property Management Plans for data center inventory land acquisitions including incorporating contractual obligations, scoping and pricing PMPs with vendors, and supporting funding approvals. Identify potential interim use plans. Oversee the execution of PMPs, ensuring physical property maintenance, coordinating repairs and improvements, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Ensure regulatory compliance and work to reduce company liability and risk. Stay current on local regulations, manage sublease agreements and contracts, assess potential risks, and ensure adherence to all relevant compliance standards. Prepare annual budget forecasts. Develop, implement, and oversee a vendor-executed program to abstract property and infrastructure agreements. Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and funding for this program. Manage the vendor team responsible for maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of the owned property database, ensuring reliable information for operations and decision-making.
