Director Field Sales - Strategic Accounts role at Infineon. This is a hands-on director level Technical Sales/Account Management position responsible for managing a small team of technical sales engineers across multiple product categories and developing an account strategy that delivers revenue growth above the company average. Responsibilities
Lead and coach a small team of technical sales engineers; develop and execute account strategies for corporate accounts to drive revenue growth. Own and manage technical sales initiatives across multiple product categories; ensure alignment with product line strategies and build credible business cases. Collaborate across disciplines inside the organization to win opportunities and overcome obstacles, independently recognizing and addressing internal and external challenges. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers at multiple levels and across departments. Travel as needed, up to and including >40% of the time. Qualifications
Engineering Degree 12+ years of sales experience with corporate accounts 5+ years of technical sales management experience Strong technical competence in multiple areas Track record of developing and executing technically oriented sales strategies at corporate accounts High business acumen and negotiation skills Extensive network of long-standing relationships with customer engineers across levels and departments Ability to identify obstacles and adapt strategies quickly; escalate as needed Proven experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining high-level technical sales teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation About Infineon
