Join us and make a difference too!**As a Principal Consultant – Industrial Hygiene, you will:*** Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action plan* Through business development, sales, and client relationships, expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectors* Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients* Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business, including consulting and compliance services* Serve as a senior resource for occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene program marketing, project implementation, and related activities* Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality* Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.* Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.* Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel.**We’re Looking for Someone Who:*** Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS, with 15+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or an EHS-related field.* Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required).* Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.* Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environment* Has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies* Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive sales* Has established relationships in the oil and gas, chemical, and/or manufacturing industry sectors (preferred)* Open to travel (30-50%).At BSI, you’ll be part of a global leader committed to excellence in Consulting.
