Overview
Neurology Account Specialist, Northern California. Eisai is a growing pharmaceutical company focused on neurology and oncology, with a strong emphasis on research and development. We are seeking highly-motivated individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference. In this role, the NAS/Senior NAS will have the primary role of demand generation by conveying complex clinical information to customers and key stakeholders consistent with the FDA-approved indication. The Senior NAS will be responsible for educating customers on the simplest patient journey to therapy within their assigned geography and will use exemplary interpersonal skills to uncover and address educational needs. The Senior NAS should effectively understand, navigate, and communicate a successful patient pathway to customers. In addition, the NAS/Senior NAS will be an agile learner with the expectation of understanding Alzheimer’s disease and the competitive landscape in which Eisai will market our brand. They will build trusted professional relationships with appropriate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), other HCPs, and office staff, and work cross-functionally while adhering to Eisai’s ethics and compliance standards. The role requires in-person engagement with HCPs and other third parties at offices, institutions, and other locations on a regular basis. Some credentialing and/or vaccination attestations may be required; reasonable accommodations may be requested where applicable.
