W2 Employed Position Full-Time Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Optional Saturdays Solo General Dentist role
at a multi-specialty site Minimum 1–2 years of experience required Must be confident practicing independently You’ll be the only general dentist at this location Team includes:
Hygienist, Oral Surgeon, and Pediatric Dentist Clinical expectations
Full-scope general dentistry : Fillings Crowns Partial & Full Dentures Hygiene procedures Optional anterior endo Referrals available for complex or specialty cases Compensation package
Daily Guarantee : Starts at
$800/day , up to
$900/day Production-Based Pay : Tiered percentage Earn the
higher
of your daily guarantee or production Must meet daily guarantee threshold to unlock percentage model Full benefits
