Overview
We are seeking a proficient and dedicated Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Ocala, FL. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency medical care, requiring proficiency in a wide range of emergency care procedures. As an EM Physician you will provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency care procedures, including but not limited to Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic stabilization. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients; conduct thorough assessments; develop and implement treatment plans; perform emergency procedures as listed above; collaborate with the care team to ensure timely patient care. Qualifications
Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine after successful completion of an accredited residency. Alternatively, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with 3 years of experience (specifically for Free-Standing Emergency Departments). Location and Team
Ocala, FL is the location of the role. The physician will collaborate with a supportive team, including Medical Assistants (MAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Documentation and patient records will be managed using the Meditech EMR system.
