What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to define and execute product strategies aligned with company priorities
Translate high-level objectives into well-defined product deliverables and development tasks
Act as a liaison between business and technology, ensuring understanding of project requirements
Drive prioritization in the product backlog for efficient engineering execution
Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
5–8 years of product management experience with a proven track record in enterprise platform initiatives
Deep understanding of product management principles and a demonstrated “product mindset”
Experience with large-scale enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Atlassian, Core AI, or NICE CXOne
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are a strong plus
Ability to operate with soft power—building relationships and influencing stakeholders
