Emergency Medicine Physician

Overview Lake Granbury Medical Center is a 73-bed, Level IV Trauma Center providing complete medical care and advanced surgical procedures to Hood, Somervell and Erath County residents. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has received numerous awards and recognitions for its commitment to safety and care. Lake Granbury Medical Center is also growing with the community and has opened a new state-of-the-art Free-Standing Emergency Center in Fall Creek. Lake Granbury Medical Center and our new Free-Standing Emergency Center are seeking qualified physicians for our growing Emergency Medicine Program.

Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical care in a high-volume ED.

Collaborate with the Hospitalist team to ensure seamless patient care.

Participate in 24-hour physician coverage daily and support NP/PA coverage as needed.

Utilize the Medhost EMR for patient documentation and orders.

Facility and Logistics Annual ED volume: 22,000. 24 hours of Physician coverage daily. 12 hours of NP/PA coverage daily. EMR: Medhost.
