Physician / Endocrinology / Illinois / Locum or Permanent / Endocrinologist opening in northern IL - teaching available Seeking BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our endocrine and diabetes team. As one of three endocrinologists providing dedicated support to the more than 270 providers of the Medical Group, you will enjoy a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage. Responsibilities
Join a team of three endocrinologists and one APP Collaborate with on-site certified diabetes educators, clinical dietitians and clinical pharmacists Provide outpatient endocrine and diabetes care in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art clinic Utilize an ADA-recognized diabetes education program with RN and RD educators at the Diabetes Self-Management Clinic Leverage extended support from endocrine surgery (on-site) and oncologic subspecialists from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Engage in an academic appointment and teaching opportunities through the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford Maintain flexible insurance options with health, dental, vision, disability and life coverage Take advantage of generous vacation and CME benefits Participate in a flexible retirement program with match and corporate contribution Receive professional society dues and association fee support Interview and relocation expenses covered Malpractice with tail coverage The Community
