Team: Work alongside 7 Physicians and 3 APCs and have an established panel of patients Physician-led Organization: Dyad leadership model empowers clinical leadership and decision-making Faith-based Mission and Culture: Compassionate care rooted in our values as a not-for-profit organization Size: Over 1500 Physicians and APCs in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas Position Highlights
Work Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1/2 day of admin time) Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day Facility: Modern clinic with access to ER, Radiology, & full-service Lab Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings What We Offer
