We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across the U.S. Our client is seeking a

Senior Construction Project Manager

to lead the delivery of a

hyperscale data center

in the DFW area. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment, offering the opportunity to work on one of the most significant data infrastructure builds in the region. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, design teams, and internal leadership. Facilitate regular progress meetings and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, trades, and local authorities.

Financial Oversight

Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies. Oversee procurement and contract administration. Ensure timely billing and cash flow management.

Schedule & Quality Control

Create and maintain detailed project schedules. Implement quality assurance and control procedures. Drive continuous improvement and innovation on-site.

Safety & Compliance

Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years

of construction management experience, with at least

5 years in mission-critical or data center projects . Proven track record delivering

hyperscale or large-scale data infrastructure

projects. Strong understanding of

MEP systems , commissioning processes, and high-performance building standards. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in

Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam , and other construction management tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Why This Role?
