* Define, own, and communicate the product roadmap for the iHeart web platform, ensuring it aligns with key business goals.* Serve as the 'voice of the customer,' championing their needs across the organization by deeply understanding listener pain points and motivations.* Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, balancing short-term fixes with long-term strategic improvements and ensuring all user stories are detailed, unambiguous, and ready for engineering.* Utilize quantitative data from tools like Amplitude and qualitative insights from user research to define success metrics, validate hypotheses through A/B testing, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.* Translate the product roadmap into clear and concise Product Overview Documents (PODs) and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. Pre-empt potential risk and provide effective solutions and trade-offs.* Serve as a subject matter expert on web technologies and the competitive landscape, actively participating in mentoring, training, and self-study to maintain technical proficiency.* Lead cross-platform product initiatives that align web, mobile, and connected device experiences with the broader product strategy.**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.* 8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus (+4 years) on building and scaling consumer-facing web applications.* A strong understanding of web technologies, design patterns, APIs, and how front-end and back-end systems interact.
